Here at BreakLimitz.com you can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely to your destination of choice.
Below you will find information on our shipping policies, rates, delivery times, and other information regarding shipping:
Break Limitz Has A 24 Hour Processing Commitment!
All In-Stock items will be processed within 24 hours of placing the order! Most orders that are placed before 1:00pm (CDT) Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Any orders placed after that time will ship out on the next business day.
This is does NOT apply for:
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or any Holidays
Domestic Orders - U.S.
Standard shipping is free for orders over $50! For all other orders shipping is calculated during checkout process. Rates depend on shipping method you select and the shipment destination.
We currently do not ship to US territories except Puerto Rico
Standard shipping can be expected in 4-8 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
International Orders
We ship international orders via USPS!
Currently we ship to Canada, France, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Prices for shipping will be determined during checkout.
Standard / USPS shipping orders are generally received within 10-12 business days. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
*Please Note: International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard / USPS Service. We cannot mark items as "gift" - it is against the law. These orders can incur duties and taxes which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Even though charges are not always incurred, the assessment of the duties and taxes will be based off of the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for all goods imported into the destination country.
Payment of any taxes and duties is the responsibility of the recipient, and are collected at the time of delivery. For more information be sure to contact your local customs office.

How Do I Know When My Order Is Shipped?
Once we process and ship out your order, you will receive and email from Break Limitz confirming the shipment. This email will also include a tracking number for your order and a link to where you can track where your package currently resides. If you go to the shipping carriers website they will also provide you will an estimated delivery date.
Please Note: Sometimes you may have received an e-mail confirmation from Break Limitz, but because of some filtering software installed on your computer or by your e-mail service it may have landed in the "Junk" or "Spam" box. To make sure that you receive e-mails from us take the following actions:
- Add support@breaklimitz.com (sales@breaklimitz.com and better yet the whole breaklimitz.com domain) to the "safe" e-mail addresses list
- Disable your Spam e-mail filtering software completely
- Search through your "spam mail" or "junk mail" folders for Break Limitz e-mail
Also Note: If you registered for an account with us when you originally placed your order, you can also click on the "My Account" button on the top right of the screen and login to your account to check your order status and information from the account page.
If you did not sign up for an account and are still having problems receiving the confirmation emails then contact us and we will further assist you with solving the problem.
Please Note: If an item happens to be out of stock and therefore not ship within 2 business days, we'll be sure to notify you within 2 business days of placing your order.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Break Limitz. Within this e-mail you will receive the tracking number for your order and a link to track the package, you can also track where your package is and an estimated arrival time by going to the shipping carriers website. We ship mainly using USPS but some domestic packages might go through UPS or FedEx.
Some packages may ship from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one tracking number depending if the products ship from multiple locations, you will be informed if this is the case.
Please Note: For most shipping carriers the package tracking information will not be available through their websites for up to 24 hours from the time it was shipped. So please keep this in mind when you are trying to track your package status/location.
How Are Shipping & Handling Charges Calculated?
Domestic and International shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight of the merchandised ordered and the shipping method you select. In order to receive and estimated shipping charge make sure you add all of the items to your cart and then go to the checkout page enter your zip code and calculate shipping.
Break Limitz Shipping Rates
All Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout. Shipping rates are based off the shipping method you choose and where the order will be delivered to.
*Please Note: Some products will ship from different warehouses if you add items in your cart that are from different warehouse locations then you will be charged for each package that is shipped per location. This will automatically be calculated during checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email that will include the different tracking numbers.
How Come I Did Not Receive My Package Yet?
If we had already sent you a shipping confirmation and tracking number, you can track where your order currently is. Depending on which shipping method you chose will depend on how long the order will take to get to its destination. (See above for more info on estimated shipping delivery times)
If for some reason you have not received the package and you have already checked your tracking number and the shipping carriers website says the package was "Delivered" then feel free to contact us with your order ID#, and we will assist you in locating the package.
Please keep in mind that the shipping carrier is Authorized to leave the package at the destination so be sure to check thoroughly for the package before you contact us. Break Limitz cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
Undeliverable Packages
We currently use USPS as our primary shipping carriers. Make sure when placing an order that you have the correct shipping information and address, this will help prevent any shipping delivery problems that may occur.
However, if for any reason your order is shipped back to us by our shipping carrier, we will credit your account for the cost of goods only. Additionally, we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee plus any return shipping charges that may occur, this will be taken off of the refund for the cost of good.

Please Note: We are unable to re-ship any orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase any of the items that were returned to us you will have to place a new order.
